Please read these terms carefully before using NERVECH's platform and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NERVECH platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.
2. Use of Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to violate applicable laws, transmit spam, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
3. Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content are owned by NERVECH LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload; by uploading, you grant NERVECH a limited license to provide the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NERVECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which time you may export your data.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
